Boulder Point
This course, part of the Sustainable Futures STEAM Camp, teaches mechatronics and introductory block-based coding by challenging students to build a functional, small-scale recycling bin. Students assemble the bin and code an ultrasonic sensor and a servo motor to create an automatic, hands-free lid that opens when motion is detected. Kit included. (JO-C)
