Enjoy stretching and strengthening your body using yoga as the basis of movement. Learn to mindfully move your body in a way that increases your awareness of how it works while decreasing your aches and pains. This is not your “sweaty workout yoga,” this is “your body is your friend” yoga. Additional Information The class is offered in-person at the center at the same time.
