Provided by Excellence Rising Academic and Athletic Development, this fitness class will have you sweating, learning, and having fun while experiencing cardio, plyometrics, and strength building. Additional Information Parents are encouraged to enroll but it is not mandatory. Participation in the class is consent for multimedia use on various media platforms for the program's business.
