This class is for skaters who have mastered all the Pre-Alpha level skills and have been approved for the Alpha level. The class focuses on right and left push & glide, forward stroking, circular pumps (R & L), forward crossovers (Right foot over Left & Left foot over Right), one-foot snowplow stop.
