May in Motion is a citywide initiative to motivate Chicagoans of all ages to get moving. This low-impact, full-body workout focuses on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body alignment through controlled, precise movements. All fitness levels welcome. This event will be the kick off to a month of movement in the parks! May in Motion is about promoting movement in any form! This event is led by Rise Pilates.
