May in Motion is a citywide initiative to motivate Chicagoans of all ages to get moving. This activity offers the perfect balance of Yoga postures and Pilates mat exercises, with a focus on total body strength, flexibility and muscle awareness. All fitness levels welcome. This event will be the kick off to a month of movement in the parks! May in Motion is about promoting movement in any form!<div><br></div><div>This event is led by Rise Pilates.</div><div><br></div>
