The John Walt Foundation presents HALOFEST, a Youth Music Festival, free, family-friendly event uplifting young creatives through music, performance, and culture. Inspired by our long-standing work producing youth-centered festivals in Chicago parks, this event provides a platform for emerging artists to showcase their talent in a safe and supportive space. Rooted in the JWF's mission, we empower youth across artistic platforms with real opportunities to grow. This stage welcomes singers, rappers, dancers, poets, and musicians ages 14–24 to perform, connect, and celebrate their creativity. In alignment with Night Out in the Parks, we bring communities together to experience youth voice, creativity, and connection, while creating a safe space for youth to enjoy a free festival and express themselves through their art.
