The TIP Fest Summer Cohort Program empowers teens to represent TIP Fest across the city by leading outreach, promoting events, and uplifting youth voices in their communities. Ambassadors develop leadership, communication, and public‑facing skills while working alongside Chicago Park District staff and creative partners. Through hands‑on experiences and real‑world festival and event production, participants help shape the culture, energy, and impact of TIP Fest.
