Berger Park Cultural Ctr · Chicago, IL
Nahui Ollin – Aztec Dance is a Chicago-based cultural ensemble presenting a vibrant, family-friendly performance rooted in the living traditions of Mesoamerica. The program features Indigenous Aztec/Conchero dance, live percussion, ceremonial songs, and storytelling in both English and Spanish. Dancers in traditional regalia honor nature, ancestral knowledge, and the interconnectedness of all things. Audiences are invited to participate through movement and rhythm, creating an engaging, educational, and celebratory experience that connects Chicago communities with Indigenous culture, history, and the natural world, presented in collaboration with Son Monarcas and NOITP.
