A military-style workout incorporating calisthenics and drills to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, speed and balance. A low-impact, full-body class designed to help you recover, rebuild, and move better. This session blends light strength training, mobility work, and stretching to reduce stiffness, improve flexibility, and support long-term movement health.
