THIS CLASS IS A NON-IMPACT, CHAIR BASED WORK-OUT THAT INCLUDES EXERCISES TO IMPROVE MUSCULAR STRENGTH, RANGE OF MOTION, BALANCE AND FLEXIBILITY MOVEMENTS. SOME STANDING EXERCISES WILL BE INCLUDED, AND THE INSTRUCTOR WILL ALWAYS MODIFY EXERCISES TO ACCOMMODATE WHEN NEEDED.TAUGHT BY CAROL KAYE
