Come spend an hour at the park and get all your fitness needs wrapped up in one class. You will do 20 minutes of cardio to burn fat, 20 minutes of weight training to tone and firm those muscles followed by the final 20 minutes of Yoga/Pilates to increase your flexibility and core strength.
