Our preschool gymnastics class is designed for children ages 3 to 4. Each 45 min class will focus on beginner skills for vault, bars, beam and floor. Gymnasts will also develop body and spatial awareness, as well as confidence while using springboard, preschool and low bar, low and medium balance beam, floor and various skill shapes. Participants must wear a leotard or shorts and a t-shirt.
