A Barre class is a low-impact, high intensity, full body workout that blends elements of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. Classes use ballet barres for balance and support, focusing on small, controlled isometric movements to strengthen and tone muscles without taxing joints. The goal is to target each muscle group to failure. Barre can be modified to be accessible for everyone and all age group. A dance background isn't necessary to enjoy the benefits.Taught by Carol Kaye.
