All group swim lessons are 2 weeks (8 classes) long and are taught according to American Red Cross guidelines. In the event that a class does not fill, participants will be accommodated to a level which best fits their needs. Participants in the swim lessons may be moved to a higher- or lower-class level to best fit their needs at an instructor's recommendation. Instructors may vary week to week.Note: if class is cancelled due to poor weather, you will be notified by phone. Make-up classes will be on Fridays. If there is a second day of poor weather on the day of your scheduled class, there will be a water safety class held inside the Aquatic Park facility.This program offers basic personal water safety information and skills to help participants feel comfortable in the water and to enjoy the water safely.
