Want to have fun while improving your strength, balance and memory skills? You'll learn simple tap dance steps and short routines to wonderful music. A sense of rhythm helps-and an interest in having a good time! Please note: For safety, it is important that you do not have challenges with knee or ankle joints, as this style requires frequent bending and straightening of the legs and flexing and pointing of the feet. Some tap dance experience is required.
