SR Camp LEAP – Adults is a Special Needs program, offered by the Springfield Park District, for individuals 13 to 32 years of age. This program is now located at Lincoln Pavilion (1601 N. 5th Street - Springfield, IL, 62702). Our goal is to create a fun environment by adapting recreational programs for individuals with disabilities in the areas of; arts-n-crafts, sports, swimming, ice skating, hikes, games, playground activities and much more! Parents - get your child signed up early for these 10 weeks of fun at Camp LEAP – Adults (1601 N. 5th Street - Springfield, IL, 62702). Space will fill up quickly. Rates will increase after May 12th, 2026, to $120.00 Resident, $150.00 Non-Resident. CAMPER MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Provide your own sack lunch and snack(s). 2. Water bottle(s). 3. Closed toe shoes. 4. Appropriate clothing for indoor & outdoor activities. 5. Sunscreen/Spray DROP-OFF PROCEDURES (7:30am to 9:00am) 1. Parents/Guardians will drop child(ren) off inside Lincoln Pavilion. PICK-UP PROCEDURES (4:00pm to 5:30pm) 1. Parents/Guardians MUST come inside Lincoln Pavilion to sign your child(ren) out.
